Your funds contribute to meeting the sizing needs and ultimately the quick response of delivering warm wear to our neighbors weathering the cold elements. *SPARK does retain a very small administrative fee.

Do you need warm wear? Are you affiliated with an organization, sacred space, event and/or neighbors who need warm wear in the cold months?

Please check out our wishlist! While we collect all year long, we begin receiving requests in September and stay busy keeping Winston-Salem warm through April.

Invite friends, neighbors, or coworkers to a “floating” collection event, and when they
arrive, you can offer hot chocolate and high fives in exchange for their generous
donations. Feel free to great creative with cookies, mimosas, music, balloons, and more...

Are you a part of a group that wants a hands-on service opportunity? We want you to serve with us! We serve year-round. You can help keep our closet organized, serve at distribution events, get us connected to those who need help staying warm and more!

Designed to be a partner with organizations, shelters for our unhoused neighbors, sacred spaces, pantries and schools to help keep our neighbors warm. Partnership can happen in many ways. Do you need the Community Coat Closet to serve alongside you to help folks you work with?
We have sponsorship opportunities, please reach out to us to learn more.
We would love to have you volunteer with us: serve at the closet, donate, collect and/or host a drive
to name a few ways!
